- HNHana NamNov 2, 20252.0I lived on the thrid floor, Upstairs kept stomping in the apartment and in the hallways, in my floor there was a kidnapped women and a sharp item that made a kid bleed from the head. Bags of poop ontop of the lights im the stair case or puddles and or bottle of pee. Elevator always broke down or smelt really bad. there was a really nice janitor man and lady thats why there is two stars but so far those apartments are good for living but if you wanna live the good life dont live here

She was very professional, had amazing customer service, she didn’t rush me while on the tour, & knew exactly what she was talking about when it came to the property. This is by far the best tour I’ve encountered when visiting an apartment complex. She’s definitely a top leasing agent in my book & I would highly recommend her to anyone apartment shopping.

I didn’t have an appointment but the property manager, Ivonne, made me feel right at home right away throughout the tour. She walked me around the property and showed me all the amenities. She made me feel so comfortable, was able to answer all my questions, and I definitely can see myself living at the Marq! I have lived a lot of places and I know how a good property manager can make or break the property, knowing that she’s there made me want to sign a lease right away. I’ll definitely be back to rent an apartment when I move back soon!
