  I have been through a lot at my community in the 8 years I have lived there. Even more in the last few months. Ms.Jessica took the time to listen and cares, even when I was so angry. She never raised her voice or made me feel like I was overreacting. She helped me find my new apartment and even called to make sure I was settled and a happy. She is a beautiful soul and has a servants heart. I only met her teams at 2 communities but it shows that she leads her people with the same care because they care too.

  First off - I live in building 10 at Lake Taylor Pointe apartments. I have one word: ghetto. Building 9 and other buildings are seemingly peaceful. Not mine. My neighbors below and next to me are literally screaming anywhere from 6:30am to 1am - in addition to cars coming back there and blasting music right outside my window anytime of the week. I’m on the 3rd floor by the way. I have asked management to put the request into Breeden for security cameras in the breezeways - guarantee that won’t happen. They just give you lip and tell you to call the security service that DOESN’T patrol, then say they can’t control the residents. For having a STRICT lease that outlines quiet hours at 10, no smoking, and immediate penalties for not paying on the 1st, they do nothing to enforce any of this except the RENT part. I’ve seen plenty of other complexes have cameras - they claim they can’t put any in for residents privacy. But they have cameras only around the leasing office and gym - where they’re at. How does that keep a resident safe? It doesn’t. Anyone can walk into the complex. Nothing that measures noise levels either to enforce quiet hours. I’ve been here less than a year and have had problems since i first moved in February. They even asked me to record and take pictures of people to help narrow down which residents are violating their lease??? Why would i do that when you can install CAMERAS. I’ve seen fights and heard people with tazers outside my window. There was a girl that used to get beat up by her s/o - multiple people have heard it. My neighbors trash constantly piles up for the valet trash service, whereas when i first moved in i got a violation for leaving a box outside my door one time. By the way, they don’t spray for pests and were located next to a forest and a lake. So you can imagine trash pileup is a problem for everyone. Add in weed smells, disgusting hallways that the trash folks drop trash on and leave there, residents that let their dogs use the bathroom anywhere, and kids that are walking around by themselves and it’s basically New York. Oh, and Lake Taylor removed a review that a resident left where maintenance drew a weapon on them. Maintenance is slow, they don’t have a groundskeeper, yet they consistently will throw events and send reminders about those!!! The community managers have left reviews from their own personal accounts to beef up the ratings too. Forget about the quality of the place - it’s a standard Breeden build where anything can break. You’re paying luxury prices for a standard place, and 10$ extra for valet trash so they can leave rotting fruit on the staircase. I’ve bcc’d success@thebreedencompany on a few recent emails as well, guess what, they NEVER reach out. Do NOT rent from Breeden.

  I'm a newer tenant but wish I would have found Breeden long ago. I had my first maintenance issue since moving in roughly 6 months ago. Jared was immediately responsive and our issue was repaired within two hours. My property owners themselves are wonderful and our property manager Jared just can't be beat! Happy to be with Breeden!

  I am the proud resident of Pinewell Station apartments. I’ve been a resident of Pinewell for a year and a half. I have to give a shout out to the amazing people at Pinewell. Jason H. is amazing, knowledgeable, Courteous, professional, an out of the box thinker.   Just wanted to say i appreciate people like ms Lisa Chodorov is a gem! So blessed to have people like her managing the property I'm staying at! She is so caring and there to assist her tenants seek more people like her cause she is AMAZING!!!!! This company will go a very long wayyyyyyy with people like her!!!!! Please understand this 🤍
