    Phillip has got to be the most efficient broker on the East Coast. I’ve had several mortgages over the years, and between my initial mortgage and my refinance, Phillip has been communicative and supportive. I recommend him to everyone.     Phil Ferguson was a dream come true! He was so thorough and knowledgeable and kept in close touch every step of the way in helping us get our new house. He found a way to make everything happen the way we needed it to and always was a pleasure to speak with. He made so much happen in a time crunch and my family and I are forever grateful for his passion and efforts. I told him as soon as we move I'm getting a dog and naming it Phil 😊 Can't thank him enough!!
