Love all the nature, the amenities, the interstate is literally right there, great schools, the beach is walking distance, I don't get to pay to see the blue angels lol see them right from my balcony up close haha the jet nose doesn't bother me, it's the sound of freedom! :)
- BRBria RiddickJan 5, 20261.0Wish there were a zero-star option. This was my experience at Linkhorn Bay Apartments. There was an active leak in my unit that went unresolved for approximately 4–5 months. It was leaking from the ceiling over my kitchen sink all the way to the ceiling over my bathroom shower with water visibly pouring out at times. During this time, I discovered mold inside my cabinets and notified management immediately. Their response was to only cut out the visibly wet area where the water was leaking, rather than properly treating or inspecting the surrounding ceiling and affected areas. I was told the issue was “not mold” and that maintenance staff were mold-certified, so no third-party or licensed mold remediation company was needed despite me clearly expressing concerns for my children’s health and informing them that I have asthma. If you choose to live here, document everything and communicate only in writing (email). In the event of a mold-related issue, you will need to go to the courthouse to request that your rent be placed into escrow until repairs are properly completed.

I’ve tried going to the suana three times this week and it was closed before the stated hours. We pay close to if not over $2k a month for the hot tub, suana, and indoor pool but it’s never available for use.

When I couldn’t make it before they closed, they went out of their way to go set my keys in my unit and leave everything I needed along with instructions. They checked in on my the next morning and I even put a maintenance order in and within 12 hours they came to fix it! Schey has walked us through every step and answered every question (I have asked 1 million questions) and guided us through every step. I love this place already. VERY nice community and apartments, nice people, nice accommodations, and over all 10/10. Thank you for everything!
