Nothing but great things to say about Brandon and his expertise! He helped connect me to an awesome realtor from another state prior to buying my very first home. He’s also been able to answer all my questions about home buying, the loan process, and property management. Great communicator and very knowledgeable!

I called Brandon because I had to sell my house within 45 days because I was offered a house I’ve been waiting on for a long time. He had a contract on my house within 4 days, he arranged everything on my behalf, was very good with communication and was always quick to respond to my questions or concerns. I was able to close just two days after moving into my new home and it was perfect! I would highly recommend using Brandon as your buying or selling agent! He worked hard to ensure the sale of my home went smoothly! He's the only agent I’d use in Hampton Roads! Thanks Brandon!

From the time I call Brandon has been on it, awesome how he could relate to me. With our military background of stay on task and taking care of fellow servicemen. I really appreciate his dedication, any questions I had he didn’t hesitate to answer or find the answer. For the most part everything was very smooth with one hiccup that was executed with precision. I would not have any problem with recommending Brandon to any of my family or friends in the future.

I bought in Virginia Beach, not the easiest thing to do with the competition being high. As a first time homebuyer and service member relocating to an area I wasn’t familiar with, Brandon and his team were an absolutely invaluable resource. I couldn’t imagine a more stress-free experience. I personally like to know all the ins and outs of any deal that I’m signing and Brandon broke it down Barney style so that I’d under what I was looking at when it came to the jargon. It helped me specialize my searches and ultimately got a great deal. I let him know my wills and won’ts and ended up having everything I wanted. Some patience was definitely required when looking for the right deal, because I refused to budge on some things and Brandon was right there ready to fight for any and every concession I wanted. I will definitely be using him again and recommending him to anyone who will listen. Easy choice,
