  New tenants be aware. I lived here for a year and a half and first off want to say what is a pet fee for if not for the carpet (almost 1500 for what) is it for them just to packet or for nothing and the monthly pet rent just to line their pockets. Lived where the bar was behind the apartment music blared into the early morning most night. When moving in the carpets weren't even new weren't terrible just clearly weren't new. Water pressure wasn't functioning and sink had a crack in it. Neighbohood with nightmare neighbors making false complaints as an attempt to get out of the neighborhood were we proved we weren't the cause of the complaints. Clear drug use in the neighborhood where teenagers gather and smoke weed. They put bandages on repairs and call it fixed and dismiss most issues.

  FUTURE RESIDENTS BEWARE!!!!!!! If you want to live in a run down low quality apartment this is the place for you where everything slowly stops working and you have to beg the maintenance staff to actually do there job properly. And if you’re lucky enough you will get an apartment where there’s a bar directly behind your home and you can hear the music blasting in the middle of the night keeping you awake. You think this place is affordable wait until your lease ends and you leave they will find any reason to charge $1,400 for the carpet and you will definitely be charged that if you have pets because the pet deposit and monthly pet fee means nothing you will be charged $1,400 for the carpet. Spend the extra money and live somewhere that’s quality this place isn’t worth the headache

  DONT NOT MOVE HERE!!! You will get upper respiratory infections because all of their apartments are infested with black and green mold. And there were definitely more spots but you can’t tell because it’s covered in paint unless you’re in person. Be smart and get these apartments torn down! And the staff is a joke, their nice until you confront them about their inhabitable homes, I stayed calm and collected until the next day when this woman gave me hell to get a piece of printed paper that states “I was moving out due to home being inhabitable and that I was not being evicted” until I screamed and threatened code enforcement but best believe I’ll find a way to send code enforcement their way. People should not live in these homes. Do better for yourself! Find a way! Because nobody deserves to live in these nasty inhabitable homes because I bet if you told the front office staff to live in these apartments, they wouldn’t themselves. I moved from Colorado and based off the photos , it was nice until I realized those photos are clearly when it was first built and they do not have updated photos and they need to add live videos so people can be warned of these places. It was ridiculous dealing with these people after being 6 days in a damn car and being scammed into a place I could not live in as they stated no visible mold but within 2 minutes of being in there I found multiple. Don’t get fooled. Take my advice, you won’t regret it! Plus their a/c does not properly work at all so your electric bill will be the roof. Don’t waste your time here! Plus they came into my home without a 24 hour notice, work order or not, they knew I was moving out and still came into my house with out me there. They might’ve stole something but my stuff is replaceable but the point is they cannot be trusted.

  Just because the PRICE is good with the benefits do not mean the apartment is going to match those same standards. I wish I knew more about this place or even did a tour before moving it because I would not recommend this place to nobody . Your being OVERCHARGED for apartment when things do not even get fixed . I had a list of items that’s wrong with the apartment on move in day and it hasn’t even been looked at. They want you to pay rent on the FIRST not the THIRD so that is a lie as well. Everything the “ SELL” you is a scam it do not work that way. My heat has not worked since I moved in on JULY 18th and it’s now SEPT 17th and my heat is still not fixed . It’s no way I have to beg to get things done. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND please pay the extra $100 for that sky rise u a like it way better
