    I love living at Aqua! The fun planned activities, the views, the people!!! The one improvement needed is the parking garage. I have gotten tickets for parking in my own spot! Friends dread the parking attendants who zoom out as soon as they enter the garage.

    My Wife and I just moved in, the staff, including the maintenance crew and the cleaners made it fast and easy, The secured building and parking garage, along with the amenities and only being across the street from the ocean front and Boardwalk, is incredibly convenient! All things considered, it’s a great place to call home!

    Came down to watch some sports with neighbors but we lost our TV privileges. The dogs have a spa and humans don’t have TV! Bummer

    The management here is fantastic. BJ and Jennifer take the time to know their residents. They are both very approachable and both have a very pleasant way about themselves while maintaining a very professional demeanor. The complex is made to be kept very clean: the gym, the pool, the hallways, even the garage is maintained immaculately. I have and will continue to recommend Aqua on 25th as a wonderful place to reside. Friends and family that have visited show extreme interest in moving here! Thank you BJ and Jennifer for managing this place so well.
