- KPKen and Jay PaytonAug 3, 20255.0I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with the Ryan Homes team. Our representative, Mrs. Bayli Hahn, was absolutely phenomenal. As first time homebuyers, Bayli guided me through every step of the process. Normally, my wife is the one who takes the lead on big projects and handles communication, but this incredible team allowed me to take the reins without needing to involve her and that meant a lot. By the end, I told my wife that renting felt more difficult than this entire homebuying experience. Bayli never missed an appointment and never made me feel like just another number. Jesse, our loan officer, was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient. I called him almost everyday and he always got back to me. Honestly, Jesse deserves a raise just for putting up with me, LOL. Jaylen, Jamie, and Amber, thank you for showing support, even after closing. Jamie, you helped us tie up a few last minute items that weren’t even related to Ryan Homes. Amber, is one of the best closers, thank you for your last minute rush with all of the changes, even for my wife. And her personality was top tier, well all of them. And finally Sam, the construction manager who quickly became a friend, kept me updated on our home’s progress every single week. Even after we closed, he stuck around to help with deliveries while I couldn’t be there. Ryan home has a gem! That kind of service goes above and beyond. He even told me to call him for anything. I may be biased, but I truly don’t think it gets better than this team. Thank you all for everything you did to put a smile on my face and especially on my wife’s. Bravo team. Kenneth

She communicated effectively, listened to our needs (I have a lot of them) and guided us every step of the way. I don’t know if this process would have been as smooth without her. She takes ownership of her customers from start to finish and even after going under contract she still check in with me and my husband.
