  Susan was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I reached out to multiple banks about getting a loan and quickly found how difficult it can be. Susan, however, was immediately responsive and walked us step-by-step through the entire process. She set our expectations from the beginning and followed-up regularly. She also took interest in our lives and seemed to truly care. We really enjoyed getting to work with her.

  If you want to get the job done Susan Simmons is the lady you want to help with your loan! She is honest, informative, conscientious, and always helpful! I cannot say enough good things about this lady! I am delighted to say that Susan made the entire loan process move along quickly and efficiently from beginning to end. Upon completion of the initial application, she provided the preapproval letter within 24 hours. A few days later we needed a revised preapproval letter (which happened to be on a Friday evening) to secure the contract on the house and she prepared the revised preapproval letter and emailed it to us the following day (which happened to be on a Saturday). When we started the loan process, she explained everything that we were responsible to complete very clearly and always followed up with emails and phone calls to ensure that we didn’t have any questions. When the loan went to the loan processor, she worked with the loan processor and continually checked with myself and the loan processor to make certain the loan was moving along and that all of the required documents were in order and completed. She was very willing to accommodate my schedule, due to my work schedule many of our conversations took place in the evening after her work day (which I sincerely appreciated) and, she always did it with a happy attitude; she never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her; although I am sure I most likely was. All throughout the loan process if I had any questions or concerns, I always felt free to call her and I did, quite often. Anytime I called she answered the phone. Actually, I can only recall one time that my phone call went to voicemail and she returned my call within 5 minutes then apologized because she wasn’t able to take my call and explained she was with another customer. She even called after the scheduled closing to follow up and make sure that everything went smoothly at closing. I would just like to say that Susan Simmons did an outstanding job as she guided me through this loan process and many times provided me with a very much needed peace of mind.

  Susan is FANTASTIC! Thanks to her, I closed on my family’s new home today! I could not have asked for a better loan officer! She talked me through every step of the home buying journey. She went above & beyond to assist me in any way she could, regardless of the day/time (she even helped me after hours & on weekends & during her vacation). Susan made sure I was fully aware of what forms/paperwork, I needed to have prior to the deadline - as well as taking the time to double-check what I was about to submit; to ensure everything was done correctly at the deadlines. She couldn’t have been better about verifying I had what was needed, when it was needed, how it was needed. Not only did Susan get me a loan, that I would’ve never imagined I would be eligible for - but she assisted me in the purchase of my first home. If you are looking for a genuine, helpful, straightforward, caring, mortgage banker - Susan Simmons is the clear choice! I couldn’t have done it without her.

  Do NOT use this woman as your loan officer. She is arrogant, rude, and highly unprofessional. She has no clue what she is doing, and for starters she reported our address wrong to all three credit bureaus, still to this day causing problems for us. She also had zero knowledge on the loan funding of the first property we put an offer on, which caused our deal to fall through (causing us and the seller major grief). In addition, she speaks in MAJOR circles, making it impossible to understand the information she needs from you. When we sat down with her to complete the simple (1 hour at most) loan application it took over FOUR hours. She talked in circles the entire time, and again had no knowledge of what she was speaking about. My husband and I had to figure out all of the information regarding what we needed for our application OURSELVES, which took days. She refused to get our loan approved (we had everything in place for the approval) and at one point we were telling her what she needed to do to get it approved. Thank goodness we decided to go a different direction with our loan officer. Dave and Ashley at Movement Mortgage picked up our case because Susan could not deliver. They were awesome and got our loan approved within MINUTES of us firing Susan. If you do end up meeting with her you will see exactly what I am talking about. You will absolutely regret it. She almost prevented us from purchasing our home! BEWARE do NOT use her! Terrible. The most unprofessional loan officer we have ever encountered.
