We took our time touring places and when we visited here, we knew we found the right fit - and boy were we 10000% correct. Great floorplan, amazing amenities (awesome gym, coffee bar, pool, and lounge), super quick and attentive maintenance, and great monthly socials! The place is also in a really great location downtown - we're walking distance to just about everything. The coziness, community, and sense of security is worth every penny we spend (and it really isn't that much - coming from someone who moved from a major city). We also scored a great view of the canal from our place! I'd recommend the Locks to anyone looking to live downtown in a place with great modern amenities and stellar service.

The location couldn’t be better — right by the Canal Walk with beautiful river views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and the James River trails. Extremely convenient if you work anywhere downtown. The apartments are modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light. The amenities are well maintained, two story fitness and rooftop pool are exceptional, and the staff is friendly, professional, and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for to live in downtown Richmond.
