- DWDevon WillifordJul 17, 20255.0The Icon wasn't one of our initial choices in the Scott's Addition area, but after Mike, my current roommate, reached out in desperate need of a roommate. We had to make a choice. I was hesitant at first. His condition made me and my wife hesitant. We were unsure if he was going to be able to sign the lease properly. We discussed further with our lawyers, and they reassured us that if he needed help signing for an apartment, they could assist. Regardless, we eventually decided to accept Mike, and our options were very limited for places that could accommodate his condition. The Icon was in our top 3 due to great apartments, great pool, and location to local amenities. We ran into some issues with some of the staff during move-in, but Ashley was an incredible employee and helped resolve all issues as they transitioned employees during a very busy season. For our move-out, we've had no issues as Ashley handles the difficult tasks of assisting us! The monthly events were great, and we truly enjoyed living here.
