  Sharon Nicholson is the Realtor Par Excellenc Sharon is patient, kind and persistent. She listens, asks appropriate questions including aspects of where, when and how you want to proceed. She provides pertinent data and explains all aspects of the process. She provides demographics, marketing and neighborhood information. Once a decision is made as to where and when the move will take place, she helps with timing , bringing the home to its best possible visual state , then she shows for approximately four days, accepts offers and then explains them to the seller and helps the seller to make the best informed decision. Sharon continues to help with the move to the new location. Sharon holds your hand as tightly or loosely as the client requires. She never leaves the client at loose ends. Sharon is the very best and without reservation, I would recommend Sharon Nicholson to you as your realtor.

  Sharon was wonderful and we've recommended her to many people. She helped us immensely with both buying and selling our home. It was like home shopping with a close friend who has all the knowledge and also knows you personally and exactly what you want and need.   Absolutely the best Realtor EVER!!! Sharon was more dedicated and over the top in assisting me through the entire process. She was referred to me by a close friend, also a Realtor, and I was told Sharon was the best! She helped me declutter my home, held the Open House a few days later and after open house we had 7 contracts to review. Next was to put a contract on my next home and Sharon stayed up extremely late to have it submitted at the earliest possible time. Sharon ROCKS! Not only did the process go smoothly Sharon actually arranged to have both closings on the same day, one after the other. Last but not least, Sharon has amazing connections to painters, electrician, landscapers etc. I have recommenced Sharon to multiple others and have no complaints.
