  I hate this place so much if you're looking to get an apartment here please don't. All of the community washing machines and dryers are such a hassle. The dryers can run for an hour and 30 minutes and still aren't dry just costing you more money and more money. They know these are problem and aren't doing anything

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this place. I clearly contacted the leasing office and confirmed in writing that I wanted to cancel my application and would not be moving forward. Despite that, they sent my file to collections, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Communication was poor, and it feels like they ignored my messages entirely. I would warn anyone to get everything in writing and be very careful before applying here — they clearly don’t handle cancellations or communication properly. I will be filing a complaint against this business for illegally doing that, I have all documents from the leasing agent who said she will cancel the application

  I moved in at the beginning of October, and so far it's been a really charming community. Federico was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything was clear and transparent when it came to fees and policies. The amenities are great, and they do a good job communicating about what's happening around the property. One morning around 7am, I had a surprise leak and couldn’t shut my shower off. Maintenance showed up within 20 minutes, and the tech was professional and got it fixed quickly. Everyone here genuinely seems to care, which is rare for an apartment complex. Part of what prompted this review is how the team handled a recent community event. They had planned a trunk or treat for the complex, but due to low turnout, they couldn’t hold the full event - which is understandable since October is a busy month. Instead of just canceling, they pivoted and offered goodie bags to both kids and adults in a fun, festive atmosphere at the office. It was a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they care. I’m excited to see what the next year holds.

  When we moved in, there was a miscommunication that led to us not getting the apartment that we initially were promised (in terms of some kitchen counters we were expecting). The apartment complex did send a renovation team to do what they could to make the apartment as close to our original expectations as possible, though there were a few things that were not able to be changed. I will say that the maintenance team is top notch. The community is very safe as well with plenty of parking. My one major complaint is that I think one of our neighbors smokes marijuana indoors because on many evenings (particularly on weekends), we smell it coming through our air conditioning vents and it stinks our entire place up, giving me migraines and causing my partner to experience reactions. The smell is SO bad that I often have to leave to get some fresh air, and the smell will linger in our furniture and carpet. We have contacted the office about this but so far, nothing has been resolved.
