  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I lived here from Feb 2024-Feb 2025. There was a change in management during my time living there & new management was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. It is the worst place in Richmond I have ever lived. Roaches in the apartments (some people had mice), gates and doors did not lock so anyone could enter buildings and common areas as they pleased, trash from residents constantly in the hallways. Midway through my lease, they changed wifi providers. They took responsibility of the old (Verizon) equipment and never paid the final bill for services or returned the router. Almost a year after my move out, I was going back and forth with management and Verizon in attempt to get this settled. New management tried to tell me they hadn’t had Verizon in years, which was a lie. My roommate and I had to pay for the service fees and the router, because the charges were sent to debt collectors since Hopper refused to handle it. Total was over $300. It took months to receive my security deposit back. Even with calling and emailing, it was impossible to reach someone in the office. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  I applied and reserved a unit online. paid all fees when arrived in person unit was complete different than advertised even the floor plan was different. Staff was supposed to refund my payments. they initially said 45 days because refund are supposed to go thru corporate. then 2 months later still no refund. when i call they lead me on saying property manager is busy and will call back just for me to call again days after without ever hearing back. every time i call they try to gaslight me saying im rude and this or that. save your money this place is complete waste of time and disrespectful. as well as the units themselves are below par and smell horribly. elevators in bad shape. people hanging outside. terrible and ghetto. not safe at all for anyone who is seriously looking to live in peace. parking is horrible and management as you can see is unprofessional and unserious

  Great apartments! Kourtney was so welcoming and super helpful. She answered all my questions! Definitely recommend!

  Attempting to rent through them is horrible dont do it !! None of the staff communicate they will give you a lease to sign then attempt to change terms once you arrive to property. They never answer emails or calls. They have yet to return my money after applying over two months ago. Have to threaten to take to small claims court !! Have called corporate multiple times they are just as bad no wonder they always change management companies its terrible. DO NOT INQUIRE TO MOVE HERE !!

  Chyna and the office staff were super helpful and delightful to work with! The apartments look great and I am looking forward to seeking an apartment at this complex.
