Will has been truly wonderful to work with, we appreciate his assistance with maintenance and being available when needed most. We also appreciate Ricky and his help with issues or concerns we have had! Thank you for making this place our home the last 2 years.

- JLJust LeslieOct 28, 20252.0I've always believed that if a place has to use words like "luxury" or "fancy," it probably isn't, and this apartment complex certainly proves that point. The quoted rent will not be the actual amount. There are many additional items added to your base rent. There is also a half-million liability policy that they mandate; if you don't have one, they will add it. You even have to pay to pay your bill online. Management here seems more concerned with leasing units, and after that, they have no use for you. It's as if you are in their space, not your home. Reviews mention that the management here is an issue. The main thing this place has going for it is its location. However, most apartments do not have a true water view, and there are no shops or restaurants nearby. So, if you want true luxury or don't want to pay hundreds (or thousands, like me) in fees, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
