  Lived here for almost a year, and my car was broken into twice. The first time I went to the office to report it, it was brushed off. "Always everywhere," is what they told me. They said that no additional security measures will be taken, meaning no gate to be installed, no cameras, nothing. I'm not the only one this has happened to either, and from what the cops have told me, it is very common in this apartment complex. Even my neighbors here have said it happens a lot. The rent isn't even worth it either. Do not get into this apartment complex.

  CNU parent here. My senior daughter just ended her lease at Impressions. I was hesitant for her to be living (alone) off-campus, but things went well. Christina Reeves and staff at Impressions were great to deal with - always kind, friendly, and helpful. Move-in and move-out were very easy. Before moving in, my husband and I checked out the community during various times. The complex was quiet. There seemed to be families and people of all ages. I can't speak to issues with maintenance, etc., because in the time she lived there my daughter had zero maintenance issues, zero pest or bug issues, and zero issues with neighbors. Most importantly, it felt safe to her (and me). Driving time to school was about 6-7 minutes; and the apartments are also very convenient to stores and restaurants. CNU parents - this one is definitely worth checking out for seniors who are looking to live off-campus.

  This was the worst renting experience ever! The rental office seems reasonable until you’re hit with the fees. Maintenance is horrible and nosey! Don’t tell them any of your business: you will hear it again! We waited four months for them to fix our dishwasher! Our air conditioning went out during a heat wave and they said it wasn’t an emergency!!! The dumpster is NOT walking distance and most times it’s running over with trash! You pay for pest control but they charge you extra for certain pests! Anddddd when I say maintenance and the rental agents are trash I mean it in the nicest way possible!!

  my leak! They came out quickly, found the problem, and got it taken care of right away. The management team also let me know I’ll be getting a refund for my high water bill. Great communication and service — I really appreciate it!

  These ladies in the office were a huge blessing. I was displaced from my home due to a fire and these amazing women got me in my home new within a few hours . And Was also blessed with necessities for me and my daughter. I owe these women everything. Thank you so so much ❤️🙏🏼
