  Caleb helped us tremendously with our decision to move in. We appreciate all the help he has given us. Caleb had our place cleaned up right after we had mentioned it to him and it was very well done!

  Extremely disappointing experience. What I personally experienced felt like discriminatory treatment, followed by a sudden wave of overly positive reviews after I spoke up publicly. My experience does not align with the image this property tries to present.

  I’ve lived here for a few years now, and let me tell you, the current staff is AMAZINGGGG. Valerie, Kellie and Caleb always help when I go into the office and I’ve never had an issue they couldn’t help with. Love them!

  As a resident, I am deeply concerned about the ongoing lack of essential services at Harborstone Apartments. Our apartment has been without heating for 10 days during cold weather, despite multiple notifications and follow-ups. What is also troubling is observing a sudden surge of recent positive reviews addressing issues of language inclusion and empathy, appearing immediately after a legitimate complaint was posted. While everyone’s experience may differ, this does not invalidate documented service failures or unresolved maintenance issues. Reliable maintenance, timely communication, and consistent treatment of all residents are basic expectations. Unfortunately, this situation reflects a serious lack of accountability and responsiveness.

  I strongly advise anyone considering Harborstone not to move in here. Over the past year, I have experienced blatant discrimination and xenophobia from the administrative staff, particularly if you are a Spanish speaker. Despite repeated polite requests for maintenance and fair treatment, I have been met with disrespect and indifference. In addition, there have been two isolated incidents in the past year, one of which tragically resulted in a resident’s death under unclear circumstances. This has created a sense of insecurity and mistrust among residents. While a new employee has received some praise, the manager and the secretary, Valerie, have been consistently dismissive and unprofessional. This review is a warning to others: living here means dealing with a hostile and unsafe environment. I do not recommend this complex to anyone.
