They care about maintaining the complex and always planned something fun for residents. It is a beautiful area with awesome amenities too. The maintenance team always responded promptly and were always very friendly. Seriously, no complaints!

The original owner was above average but sold the community to a property manager that was awful. This past year Coastal Ridge became the new owner and is the reason for this review. Coastal Ridge kept the outstanding management team and empowered them to create an exceptional place to live. Their vision of a true community coupled with staff talented and dedicated to make that a reality has made a huge impact on every aspect of our daily lives. The entire team is excellent but have to give a shout out to Emily, Becky, and Victor. They and their colleagues genuinely care about the entire community and have made it a joy to live in once again. Managing a large community like Park at Salisbury is complex and challenging but they consistently provide outstanding service and community support. This has always been a beautiful place to live but with the improvements and care of the past year it feels like home again. Thanks to you all!
