- TTTOct 4, 20251.0Can you explain why pitbulls are not permitted yet I saw a guy walking his 3 pitbulls today? Safety concerns? Corporate does not respond but does things behind the curtains. Still not good enough. Someone put lights at the mailboxes please so we are not scared to go when its dark. I got a response after 3 emails to corporate.

We recently moved and the apartment looks awful, the first day the refrigerator wasn’t working I paid to have laundry inside and the dryer wasn’t working either and after a month still they haven’t fix the problem! Don’t come here there are better places than this thrash place! They just lie to get you! People in the office are not even professional They can’t solve issues u have in your apartment!
- CHCarrisa HobbsOct 27, 20211.0My mother ordered a recliner from this place and in my opinion was way too expensive. Anyways when they came to deliver my recliner they came with someone's pick up truck and two women, two random unexperienced movers, and no moving equipment. Long story short it took two men and two ladies directing them to get it up two flights of steps . These men put holes in my wall and chipped my paint on the walls on both sets of staircases. I have NEVER EVER had movers bang up my walls like that. I was upstairs on the top floor so I didn't see them move the chair up. Had I seen how negligent and careless I would have told them to leave . So my walls are banged up but I have a recliner upstairs. Additionally they all came in my house with shoes on and NO MASKS. When I asked them if they come in peoples houses with no mask their response was they are vaccinated and only the women said that not the men who moved the stuff upstairs. Overall terrible experience. We are supposed to file a claim but who knows how long that will take. I do not recommend this place it's too expensive and unprofessional.

Nicole and Samantha are very professional ,helpful and very friendly. Management is very responsive to residents concern Units very well maintained. Service requests are responded to very fast . Maintenance crew is very courteous and efficient. Hala
