  We recently moved from Alexandria to Leesburg and worked with Chrissie Goodrum to buy our new home. As a family unfamiliar with the area, we needed someone who could help us navigate the process and guide us toward the right neighborhood — Chrissie did exactly that and more. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire journey. She took time to understand our needs, showed us a variety of properties (including ones with land), and helped us make the best decision for our family. We ended up in a neighborhood we hadn’t considered, and it turned out to be the perfect fit — all thanks to her. Even after closing, Chrissie continues to check in, share local resources, and invite us to community events. She truly goes above and beyond and treats her clients like family. Highly recommend!
