  In my experience, Bic seems to be a dishonest realtor and I recommend you get anything she represents to you in writing so she can’t go back on what she says. Update to this: I wrote my review because Bic said we’d get a property if we agreed to a certain price, we agreed, and it turned out she lied. For her to claim this is a normal, “customary” situation where she waited for all offers to be in is baffling and nonsensical - offers can come in endlessly and a seller can make a decision at any time. There’s never a point when all offers are in. Here, Bic explicitly represented the house was ours if we increased our offer to a certain price and it turns out that was a lie. Any reference to other offers is a red herring. It’s also disingenuous for her to suggest her involvement was minimal, as she was actively marketing the property on social media and communicating with my agent/broker. She also potentially disclosed our offer without our consent to get other offers. She also asked my lender for information that he’s legally not allowed to disclose, along with inappropriate questions about whether my wife and I made an offer at the top of what we can afford and whether we have any red flags. Truly alarming conduct.

  We've been working with Bic for over a decade now and couldn't imaging using another agent! She started with helping us with the purchase and sale process of our family's primary homes.  Now that we are watching our kids grow up in the dream home Bic helped us find, our recent work with Bic and her team has focused on investment properties. And once again, her team delivers! Within less than 2 years, Bic has helped us identify and purchases three amazing properties. Two are located in South Arlington and another in the Town of Vienna. These markets are extremely competitive, but Bic was able to be proactive in getting us the deals for amazing value. Her team even helped with efforts post-purchase to secure tenants for each home within a month of closing. What I love most about Bic and her team is that they understand the purpose and goal of every single purchase, whether it's a starter, forever, or investment home and they have the clients best interest in mind throughout the process. I couldn't imagine working with any one else.

  Having just purchased an expensive single family home that needed a lot more work than anticipated and done quite a bit of renovations on our own to a condo that needed to be sold right away, we were in a bind on how to "crack the nut" of selling this condo. Sarah responded to our message to request an assessment, and Bic came out on memorial day holiday to take a look at the condo. This team pulled in all the "stops" to help us secure multiple offers, with a record breaking price for a 1 bed room top floor unit in the Acadia building. Definitely an unexpected result that almost no one would have expected in the beginning, and a god send.
