  In my experience, Bic seems to be a dishonest realtor and I recommend you get anything she represents to you in writing so she can’t go back on what she says. Update to this: I wrote my review because Bic said we’d get a property if we agreed to a certain price, we agreed, and it turned out she lied. For her to claim this is a normal, “customary” situation where she waited for all offers to be in is baffling and nonsensical - offers can come in endlessly and a seller can make a decision at any time. There’s never a point when all offers are in. Here, Bic explicitly represented the house was ours if we increased our offer to a certain price and it turns out that was a lie. Any reference to other offers is a red herring. It’s also disingenuous for her to suggest her involvement was minimal, as she was actively marketing the property on social media and communicating with my agent/broker. She also potentially disclosed our offer without our consent to get other offers. She also asked my lender for information that he’s legally not allowed to disclose, along with inappropriate questions about whether my wife and I made an offer at the top of what we can afford and whether we have any red flags. Truly alarming conduct.

  It took just one day! In one day, Bic and her team sold our house for us. Hither to, the house had been listed for 50 days with another agent! We are so blessed we met them. They are rigorous, careful, thoughtful, and committed to what they do. You only have to do what they tell you and you will get your house sold!!!!!

  After 30 yrs as a Broker and Realtor I found myself in a position to need the assistance of a Realtor to sell my late father's home in Northern Virginia. Selling property that needed updating from 1,000 miles away is a challenge. Bic DeCaro and her team of professionals couldn't have done better. From the very beginning Bic let me know what needed to be done to upgrade this 50 yr old townhome. Bic's team arranged for all the work to be done on schedule and in budget. End result, the house sold for more than the asking price. I never once had to travel to Virginia to monitor work or for closing which saved the estate considerable money and time. Thanks to Sarah, Kat, Cora and of course Bic for a wonderful experience. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Bic DeCaro and Associates.
