Been a guest of several tenants here all with issues, ongoing. No one should have to beg for basic habitability or be met with attitude when they’re asking for help with legitimate concerns. I’ve never seen somthing so boldly unapologetic especially in Short Pump. Yikes. Praying for justice for the tenants. If you’re considering living here, ask for recent maintenance records, talk to existing residents, and don’t rely on the tour alone.

They sent an email out saying maintenance would be coming in to change air filters. Maintenance didn’t come until a month later, without warning. When confronted about being given no notice, they tried to say “We already gave you a 24 hour notice” …a MONTH ago. That doesn’t count. I was not happy to wake up to find my stuff moved around without an actual notice that someone would unexpectedly be coming in to my home.

Gennifer and Payton doing a great job getting the property to the high standards that attracted us to this location. Keep up the hard work and we appreciate everything you do. Shout out to the maintenance crew for the response and friendliness.

Since I moved in here I cannot tell you how many times I’ve scratched my head and thought, “Do they WANT to make my life miserable?”. In my opinion, the other reviews for this property are super inconsistent with what it’s actually like to live here. In my experience, they’ve done everything they can to prove that signing a lease was a mistake. They’ve been dismissive, dishonest, and evasive just to name a few of the many reasons I regret being stuck here. I don’t understand the way this place is run because it seems to me like the opposite of what a good business/landlord would do to actually get people to live here. Not make them want to try to break the lease early to escape. Like it’s actually bizarre to me how they still have a good reputation after the stuff I’ve seen. Trying to get a straight answer to anything never works. Doesn’t matter how big or small the issue is. There’s literally no reason that simple maintenance issues turn into MONTHS of fighting to get something fixed when it could have easily been fixed in 5 minutes in the first place! Plus when I tried to advocate for myself it made things actively worse for me. And that’s only one of the manyyyyy issues I’ve had to deal with here.

3.75/5 stars (probably the best apartment I’ve lived in so far and yes I don’t have a lot of high expectations, used to live in down town RVA and it could be worst lol) Lets start with the cons: 1. You will need a squeegee in your bathroom. It feels like the floor is not even so the water tend to gather around a corner. I just make it a chore to clean it every time I shower and also invest in a cleaning brush on Amazon for the crevices in the bathroom (see pics below). 2. Yes the apartment can and will get humid so also invest in a humidifier and might as well get an air purifier too (Costco is 6 mins away). 3. Trash room can get filled up quick. 4. I live in the top floor but did noticed the bottom floors parking spots get filled up quick. 5. First floor does smell sometimes … (no further comment). 6. Yes you will hear dogs barking out on the yard. Now for the pros: 1. I got 2 free months rent. 2. I get to choose my exact apartment and so I choose to be near an exit and near the trash room. Love that I’m the first to live in this unit . 3. I love the parking garage type especially during the winter or summer heat. 4. I live in a quite corner so it is quiet, smell good, and still very clean. 5. I love the location, close by every place you would need. 295, 64, Short Pump, etc. 6. The wall is relatively thick, I can’t hear my neighbors or maybe they’re just quiet. 7. I love seeing the sunrise and sunset through my windows and the top floor garage. 8. The gym equipments are still new. 9. I did read a lot of people have bad experiences with management but so far I don’t have any bad ones personally. Maybe bc I just don’t call or go there much. 10. USPS is right next door!! 11. I love the stainless steel appliances, finally not the black or white ones anymore lol. 12. HELLA outlets to plug anything and everything in, also hella light switches too, Idky lol. 13. Ik not to choose the first floor to live in so my experience here is relatively good. Tbh the best place I’ve rented so far. Can’t complain too much since pretty much any places will have its pros and cons. Read all the reviews and decide for yourself!! Wish everyone the best paths in life and as always CHOOSE THE TOP FLOOR!! Feature my cat and Drake and yea…I choose Drake’s side iykyk😂😂
