  Berkmar landing was a fantastic place to live! It is located close to stores and restaurants; test it still had the feel of country and the peace and quiet. Many times I saw deer off my balcony or while taking walks with my pet. The management team was always responsive.

  these apartments are absolutely gorgeous i love living here so much its always clean, the grass is always mowed, the people are always friendly it’s honestly the nicest apartment i’ve ever had!!

  People drives extremely fast through the parking lot and jumps the speed bumps installed, so if you have small children, keep a tight grip. Bad pipes in apartment gives off smelly odors from the faucets. Dog poop in front of entry steps landing leading to apartments on more then one occasion. Cars were broken into several times in the community and items were stolen on more then one occasion including mine. Apartments are poorly insulated you'll freeze in the winter without extra heat of some sort. If you like hot showers you won't get it there the water never heats up to satisfying temperatures. If you work from home or work overnight good luck getting rest during the Day dogs bark all morning long etc. This Place is a money grab so if you like budgeting good luck, your Utility bills alone reaches close to $500.00 on top of base Rent which has increased in 2025.

  I’ve lived at five different Breedon properties, and this has been the worst experience. The property manager does not follow up on even the simplest questions. I’ve had to call other properties just to get information about my own application. Despite scheduling a virtual tour and submitting my application ahead of time, I received no timely updates. I even requested to speak with the regional manager and never heard back. It has been over a month of me reaching out weekly with little to no response. The lack of communication and professionalism here is absolutely unacceptable.

  I’ve lived at Berkmar Landing for the past couple of years, and the experience has been nothing short of spectacular. My leasing agent, Charles Hooper, has been outstanding—always prompt, efficient, and willing to handle any request, no matter how small. The apartments themselves are spacious with huge closets and plenty of room. The pool is great, the neighborhood is quiet, and even being next to an airport, you can barely hear planes taking off or landing—a big perk. The gym is by far one of the best I’ve seen in any apartment community, with plenty of equipment and machines. There’s also a pool table and complimentary coffee in the lobby, though it’s only open during business hours. If I had to name one drawback, it would be parking. It can be a little inconvenient if you come in late, but you’ll still find a spot—it just might mean a short walk. That said, management has been actively working on solutions, which I find commendable. Move-out was a breeze, and when my new place made a mistake, management even helped by extending my lease for an extra week so I wouldn’t be left without housing. That kind of flexibility and care really stood out to me. The only reason we moved was to be closer to family. For price, convenience, and overall experience, I’d choose Berkmar Landing again over my new place in a heartbeat. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – 5/5 stars, highly recommended.
