It is the Hazel model and I have appreciated Josh Bennett, the project manager in charge of oversight for my home’s construction. He’s been very responsive with me and my wife looking at the house throughout the process and with every encounter he’s been kind and knowledgeable about all our questions. I appreciate him and Ryan Homes staff. Shout out to Joe Schwab. He was a great help to us getting the house and being consistent.

He was amazing! If you’re lucky enough to get Josh to build your house, rest assured you’re in great hands! He sent us a collage of new photos of our homes progress every week, and also sent updates for significant milestones. We were communicated with very well through the home building process. He was always quick to respond, and happy to accommodate whenever I reached out with any questions or concerns. Josh was the face of Ryan Homes for our family through this process, and he made them look professional, kind, responsive, and excellent. Two other guys that were very helpful, great at their jobs, and great to work with were: Joseph Schwab - Senior Sales Rep Joe helped us find the right house, toured the models with us, answered lots of questions, and got everything started with the home buying process! Derek Short - MLO with NVR Mortgage Derek worked with us to determine the best loan for our situation. He was super kind and easy to talk with about some complex financial situations.
