Am sad to say this was my first home .I have been lied to multiple times about different situations and ryan homes never holds themselves accountable for anything .Been here a year and already I’m considering selling my home and multiple people the l community already have forsale signs up.

Ben has been very nice to provide us with most of the things we needed to know as a first time homebuyer. He knows what he’s doing, answers all our questions and even provided us some helpful resources. We enjoyed our time working with Derek as our first Project Manager but Mitch is awsome! He is very responsive and he answer all our questions and help us with everything that we need. He even mentioned that our relationship will not end after we closed in our house. It has been 2 weeks since we closed but up until now he is still helping us and promptly answer all our concerns despite his busy schedule. We are very blessed and thankful to have Mitch as our Project Manager. And so far, we are very happy with our community and with our new house. Thank you!
