Had some work needed completed and Renard was out to me within a couple of hours of me putting in a work order request! He was very helpful and didn't mind all my questions! He is very polite and very professional!

First moved in under past management and since the new management took over around September 2019 they are terrible. Refuse to come out and do maintenance request even after multiple issues including flooding of the master bedroom due to the toilets not properly working.
