  Not at all interested, was scheduled for an in person tour, arrived at 11am on Oct. 28th for my appointment time, the office door was locked and I called left a voicemail message and received no response. Woodbriar has left a bad experience.

  I would not recommend living here. The price is good for the square footage and it is close to Oak Grove Park but that’s is about it. We had a roof leak problem while living on the top floor and black mold grew on our ceiling. They took nearly a month to come out to “fix” it. The day they fixed it we got kicked out of our apartment with no where to go and no warning. We got told we couldn’t come back for 4 hours. When we asked if we could have other living arrangements while the mold was being fixed we got told to contact our renters insurance, even though it is the apartment’s responsibility to provide habitable housing. Also, after the “repair” which looked like the mold got painted over, there were chunks of ceiling paint all over the carpet as well as staples which could have gotten stepped on or eaten by our dog. We had high hopes for this place and I wish things got taken care of a little more professionally.

  I've been living here for a year and just renewed for another year. I absolutely love it here and the neighbors are nice. The front office staff Ms Angela the manager, and Shane the assistant manager are always on top of everything. They take you serious if you have a complaint, and they are on top of getting the issue resolved. They really listen to you and I appreciate that. The office staff and maintenance are very respectful very courteous and super nice. I never had an issue with maintenance at all, they are always on top of their game. Most of the time when you put in a request they will fix it a couple of hours later. I also love that every month they have little engagements for their residents whether it's a pool party or a pet party it's always fun.

  Been renting here for about a month, maintenance was punctual, the online portal makes paying rent easy. Plenty of parking. Nice neighbors. Nice apartments!
