    Great living experience here so far. The property is well maintained and a 2 minute walk from the law school, apartments are spacious and newly renovated (floors, appliances), and the property manager, Fran, is very friendly and approachable whenever there are any issues. Special shoutout to the maintenance staff, Mark and Mike, who go the extra mile to fix things literally the same day you put in a request. Highly recommend this property.

    As in all new property management changes there is a lengthy transition time. We only have a couple amenities here at the Jeffersonian so when neither one of those were available for months, this was a challenge. I am delighted that we now have a solid maintenance/grounds staff. Jeffersonian tenants had been used to previous management addressing all concerns/issues promptly. I believe we are on track now a year later.

    Love my apartment!! Property always clean and well taken care of. The staff is quite friendly and always willing to help when needed. Mike goes well beyond, always willing to go that extra mile.
