    As a relatively new homeowner at the Royalton, I've had several property managers over the past five years and I can say without hesitation that Diana Anez Pinto stands head and shoulders above the rest. Her leadership, communication, and genuine commitment to our community have made a noticeable impact. Diana keeps everyone informed with concise, easy-to-understand messaging. She's done an excellent job fixing the organization of building links and we can actually find useful information. Whether it's a maintenance schedule, policy change, budget meeting or emergency update, information is delivered promptly and transparently. She also makes a point to solicit input from the homeowners, and listens to our concerns. Her engagement is collaborative and always positive. Diana is always available, professional, and responds with respect and clarity. We are very fortunate to have Diana and in one year I have seen a great improvement in the management of our building. Her efforts have strengthened the community.

    DeRaughn Fennell has be 5 stars + for our condo community since his start with us. We are lucky to have his extensive knowledge and personality in dealing with anything that comes his way. CMC is lucky to have him working for you (as are we) and should use him as a standard for community management. Hope the right people are looking at this. Thank you.

    I had an issue with obtaining a parking permit for my tenant. To my surprise, Ms. Tira Floyd reached out to me in other to obtain the parking permit and was concerned about the welfare of my tenant when she heard that her vehicle was towed. She volunteered to meet me at where I was, which she did, in order to ensure that my tenant obtain the parking permit. She didn't have to drive a couple of miles to meet me, but she did. She was genuinely care and went beyond expectations to assist.

    I reached out to CMC to receive instructions for assisting a Homeowner order their HOA Resale Documents and Jess Griffin responded very quickly and provided myself and our Homeowner with very detailed instructions to place the order.     The reason this review is not one star is because Candice, our current property manager, is the best we have had in 10 years. We've run the gamut in managers, but Candice is responsive and easy to work with. The missing stars are for the experience we have had trying to obtain a single parking permit from Jane Camp. I sent all the required documents a month ago. Jane did not respond for 3 weeks--despite weekly follow-ups from me--and when she did, it was to request a document I had already sent not once, but TWICE. She is now trying to apply a fee that clearly does not apply based on the parking policy (new tenants do not pay a fee, and we are obtaining a parking permit for a new tenant. But she is saying that because there was previously a parking permit assigned to the unit, the new tenant should pay a fee. By that logic, everybody who ever moves in will have to pay a fee if the people before them had parking permits). Also, we apparently have to drive 30 minutes to pick it up in-person because apparently they can't be mailed? Everything about this experience has been frustrating, not in the least because it should be such a simple process. Honestly, how easy would it be to have a webform? And we don't even have the permit yet.
