  For the price paid for the apartments, I expected a well-maintained place. Upon moving in the apartment was very dirty. The repairs were not done at the move-in date. Baseboards have been painted, but hair was painted into them. The apartment has been moved in with the circuit always being triggered from the microwave. That’s just a normal thing that we’re expected to be living with. The newer floors that have put in throughout the levels were not properly installed. When people walk the squeaking is so loud it wakes me up. Walls are thin, and I can hear conversations on the floors below and above. I have a dishwasher that still has not been appropriately repaired. When I put in the request, the maintenance crew said that I should just put the soap in a little dish. That didn’t work… The windows allow so much air through the panels that I can feel a breeze through them regularly. The electric bills are so high for a middle for apartment because of the windows. The communal washing machine on the lower floor has never worked. I’ve requested that the company fixes it and it has supposedly been fixed multiple times. Every time I use it after it’s been fixed it’s not actually fixed and it’s just reset to take money. Overall, I think the standards are low for the price I’m paying.

  Great customer service, the grounds are nicely kept, and the maintenance crew responds quickly to any needs in the apt. We love living here.
