  We recently participated in a pop-up vendor event at Terrace View, and we had such a great experience, everyone was so helpful and friendly and easy to get into contact with, and the community around Terrace View was amazing as well, we loved working with them as a local business in the area!

  Participated for the first time at The Fall Vendor Fair hosted by Terrace View and we had an amazing time! The Assistant Property Manager, Sarah, was so great to work with and everyone was super welcoming! My business is called Southern Sodas and we are new to this and it went very smoothly thanks to the wonderful people at Terrace View! We will definitely return next year!

  I had the absolute best experience being a vendor at this apartment complex! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived, and the residents were truly some of the sweetest people I’ve met. They created such a positive, fun environment that made sharing Glow Theory Studio’s services so easy and enjoyable. I loved getting the chance to meet everyone, show the studio, and connect with the community. Thank you again for having me! I’d come back in a heartbeat! 💛

  I don't usually write negative reviews, but I want to caution other students against moving here. I moved out in this past July- it is almost November, and I still have yet to receive my full deposit back. These people are scammers and will use any excuse they can find to keep your deposit and charge you for damage that you did not cause. Despite emails with photo evidence from the day I moved in back in August 2023, Terrace View is still trying to keep part of my deposit for damage that I have already proven I did not cause. My parents and I have called and emailed the management team countless times at this point, and nothing ever gets done. This seems to be a common occurrence with Terrace View management. For example, the sliding glass door to my balcony was broken the day I moved in (photo attached)- there was a large gap that I had to deal with for about seven months until management finally fixed it. I put in numerous work orders, called multiple times, and was constantly told they were "waiting on a part to come in". It does not take SEVEN months for a part to come in. Not to mention, most of the furniture in the apartment was still in the box the day I moved in, and my parents and I had to pull teeth to get Maintenance to help us put it together. My apartment was also filthy (photos attached), when I was told the unit would be clean and ready for me when I moved in. This apartment complex is way too expensive for what you end up with. I was fortunate enough to get one of the nice, remodeled units, but I have heard stories of some people moving in without even having real flooring. They were paying $1,300 a month to live in an apartment that had a CONCRETE floor. Terrace View looks for any reason to scam college students out of money, but then provides the next tenant with substandard living conditions. As some of the other reviews have stated, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

  My roommates and I moved out in July 2025 when our lease ended. Some of us graduated, others relocated, and we thought that was the end of it. Months later (it’s now November 2025), we’re still getting constant emails from Terrace View claiming we owe nearly $2,000 to replace “damaged floors” — floors that were bare concrete when we moved in. We were never told the apartment even had concrete floors beforehand; we were led to believe it would be wood or vinyl. Now they’re threatening us with collections and credit score damage over something we had absolutely nothing to do with. The management team is slow, unresponsive, and borderline incompetent — every interaction feels like you’re talking to a wall. Between the poor communication, shady billing practices, and overall neglect, Terrace View is hands down one of the worst housing experiences I’ve had. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else.
