Not only am I charged extra each month due to “a glitch in the system” but there are so many maintenance issues it is not worth the cost I pay monthly.

Horrible service to the residents, that never fix things on time. And they charge late fee for no reason

I recommend! Nice, comfortable living. I lived here for 2.5 years in two different apartments and I loved it. It is a beautiful neighborhood with parks, a pond, and the Huckleberry trail runs right through it. I always felt safe walking around the neighborhood, and the new amenity center was great for quiet studying. Yes, I did have some maintenance issues along the way, but as long as you are proactive and consistent, problems are fixed promptly. Most times the maintenance team showed up the next day to address my requests, no matter how small! One time I requested a light be switched out and they still showed up the next day! The buildings have been around for decades, so some issues are to be expected. There are also a TON of apartments in this complex, and they have a large maintenance team to compensate. I did think the rent was a bit high for the units provided, but then again it is a nice suburban neighborhood in a college town so maybe that was why.

Dale was very friendly and accommodating when my husband and I arrived around noon on a Saturday. She spent about an hour showing us the property and a model unit. I could tell she takes a lot of pride in her job and the complex!

NEVER rent an apartment here. They try to rush you into making decisions by doing things like giving you 2 days in the middle of a random week to renew a lease under threat of raising your rent. They have also tried to charge me for "vacant electric bill" multiple times, just to back down the instant I tell them the electric company said they were full of BS. The apartments themselves are trash. The walls are paper thin, the paint is satin that scuffs if you as much as look at it, the floors are creaky as hell, the vent fans are ancient fire hazards (they literally have plaques in every bathroom telling you not to leave them on for more than 30 minutes), a lot of the sockets in my unit were loose in the wall, and wasps were getting into my apartment. I also suspect the company waits for the lowest bidder when replacing equipment. I had the HVAC fail in my unit and it took them 2 months to find a replacement. There is no reason for it to take that long unless they found the absolute cheapest vendor they could that had no concern about when the product would actually arrive. All the while, they refused to tell me anything about what was going on. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. I will be doing everything within my power to never rent from an investment company again. Also, the roads in this neighborhood are pretty dangerous. They're super wide (like 4 lanes equivalent). So, cars go really fast on them and a lot of sections have no sidewalks.
