Not only do they charge numerous random fees, their statements about common areas and move out charges are conflicting. Please review the lease carefully, take pictures on move in and move out, have everything they say in documentation. They try to charge for normal wear and tear and for things that have nothing to do with the tenants, they will charge every tenant regardless of involvement. My daughter and two other girls moved in with a tenant that had resigned and the common areas/kitchen were messy and unkept. When she went to the office to show pictures, she was told they can’t do anything about it because it’s a common area. They cleaned before they left and charged her again when new tenants moved in stating the new tenants claimed the kitchen was not up to standard with no photo evidence and cost totaled $195 between the three that moved out. So they are charging for cleaning and repair fees that they do not clean/repair. The staff are not helpful, responsive through email or phone, and are unfair with their fees. This was a very poor experience. It also seems that they have many misleading reviews that do not appear to be true on this site. Please look at other sites to get more accurate reviews and report to FTC if suspected. We will be consulting with a lawyer to their unethical practices and costs.
