  Hicham did a fantastic job restoring the electricity to all of the outlets in my apartment. He went above and Beyond and did not leave until it was all perfect

  We have been living here for three years and never has the COCKROACH situation been this bad. They are EVERYWHERE: by the pool, the loading dock, the stairwells, in apartments, etc. My apartment is squeaky clean and they still appear... and now cockroach babies have arrived... yipppppie, which fully demonstrates that this building is infested. Although cockroaches are literally in the main lobby, the building management team hasn't addressed this universally whatsoever. Specifically, no building-wide measures have been undertaken and it's getting out of control. It's very disgusting, especially for a building they are trying to frame as luxury housing. Embarrassing.

  Recently vacationed for the 4th of July, booking in this complex. Had us enter through the garage door and use service elevator where the garbage dumpsters are stored indoors. Made it to our room only to find numerous cockroaches. Unfortunately we couldn't find another place to stay for a few days so we had to endure, we went to a local Walmart to purchase cockroach sprays to ensure we did not haul them back with our things. Went to the pool only to find 8 traps full of roaches anywhere from babies to 2inch long roaches. Then we tried to use the sauna only to find numerous roaches there as well. Finally, another vacancy opened nearby where we moved to for the remainder of our stay. The lifeguard stated they have had an ongoing issue with the roaches, several tenants who lived there as well stated the same, however the facility is now stating the pictures they asked we submit of them are not from their complex and refusing to refund our money for the stay we did not keep. After looking under the sink we also found roach spray they left for us to use I assume. Do yourself a favor and highly research before booking here.

  I just tried to get a tour The leasing office lady was in her office on the computer The front desk lady was more concerned with talking to another young lady about her complicated personal life and dating life. Literally said the leasing agent is booked today and there is nothing we can do. SERIOUSLY Didn’t ask us about coming tomorrow or inquiring about other days or times I don’t know about you but when you walk into a place and are interested in renting to live there the front desk person being the person you first come in contact with should be some what at least slightly cordial or show some kind of customer service not telling the whole lobby about her personal issues. Please speak with your employees and ask them to do better

  Pros~ great area, great price, great concierge, office staff, indoor pool, paid parking, sauna. Cons~ ROACHES EVERYWHERE, dated building. Maintenance is 50/50. Ac works great in the hallway but is trash in the Apts. Yes renovations are coming but that doesn't change the roaches. Yes you can have pest control come but that stuff they spray is so watered down, it does nothing. Sauna is nice but could use a power wash, and pest spray. The gym has leaks, no tvs works and is very outdated. when you tour they will show you the highlights. But dnt be fooled. Look up and around and you will see stuff for yourself. The hot tub hasn't worked in years, but they still like to show case it as if it's getting fixed. PLEASE DNT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS.!!!!! The views may be great, and the price, but unless you want to chase roaches every night, DONT MOVE HERE. Mold through out the building and homes. So if you have allergies expect for them to be worse, and wake up feeling horribly EVERY DAY. They will charge you for things not stated in your lease, and not refund you ( management sayd its coming, but they over xharged multiple residents for months and still haven't refunded or comped anyone anything. Yes management will listen to your concerns, but that's as far as it will go, bc they have someone they have to answer to that will say no. The pros just dnt out weigh the cons.
