Just make sure you know it's cheap apartments and you'll have to pay a full paint job after you lease is up. You're going to be paying another months rent with all the fees they add. I'm paying a whole paint job because of 4 paintings I had up. There were holes in the apartment already when I moved in so just complain about everything so they can fix it and maybe you won't owe another month rent after.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LEARN TO COMMUNICATE TO YOUR RESIDENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER (NOT THE DAY BEFORE BEING CHARGED A LATE FEE, I HAD TO CONTACT YOU TO FIND THIS OUT TF) THAT YOU ARE CHANGING THE PLATFORM IN WHICH THEY PAY THEIR RENT, SO THAT THEY DON’T GET STUCK PAYING A PENALTY FEE BECAUSE THEY CAN’T STOP THE FUNDS BEING SENT TO THE OLD PLATFORM. 60$ MAY NOT SEEM LIKE MUCH TO YOU BUT IN ADDITION TO THAT I HAVE TO PAY AN ENTIRE EXTRA % FOR CHARGING MY RENT TO A CC. ALSO GET SOME CAMERAS ALREADY, SO SICK OF PACKAGES BEING STOLEN FROM THE HUB!

Real awesome of management of changing payment services from Domuso, to another one without notifying tenets. Luckily we were able to catch that the rent payment did not go through. Called the office and they told us that they changed providers, the day before they would have charged us a late fee.

It’s usually quiet, not much drama. However if you own an animal, be prepared to pick up after your and other people’s animals. A turd left on the lawn anywhere near your apartment is yours. If you don’t you’ll get an eviction notice tacked to your door.
