- HJHeather JonesNov 12, 20255.0My son and I moved in at the start of the summer and we couldn't be happier with where we now call home. The property is beautiful and clean. Our neighbors are kind and respectful. If you have a package delivered you know it will be safe as there is a shared respect for others. One of our favorite things is the Jordan River Trail that we go for walks on at least twice a day. Its beautiful and so close. We also love the office staff and their continued dedication to making sure we are happy tenants. I would definitely recommend to anyone to come by and do a walk through if your looking for a new place to live. You wont be disappointed! Im sure you will fall in love with it like we have. 🙂
- EMElizabeth MurieNov 11, 20255.0I've been living here for 12 years now and I hope I'll never have to move again. Apartments are small but the main reason I love living here is rhe maintenance team. They're always quick at responding and fixing things. They do inspections and filter changes and they make sure things are fixed right the first time. The office has ups and downs. They're always changing managers. (That's the down part) Each manager and agents have been wonderful in making sure we live in a safe environment and get things we need done. They're great at following up with requests. There's no smoking and no vaping which I love because I'm sensitive to the smell. No pets are allowed only if you have ESA approval and lots of kiddos around which is great for making friends. Neighbors are super friendly and the church LDS ward is wonderful too. I'm glad to live here and looking forward to year 13.
