We made multiple improvements to the house, like new garage door opener, new garbage disposal, lights, and a door. Yet when we moved they said we changed a lock and charged us $700 for it. I hope it was made of gold for that price. Avoid this company at all costs! Furthermore they charged the cost to us to fix things and then put the house on the market and didn’t even have those things fixed in the pictures for the listing photos.
