We loved a house and we lost it because of their poor customer service. They made us jump through hoops. We wanted help on Friday to fill out an application and if they hadn’t been lazy and actually helped us we would not have lost this house. You SUCK!

They charge you a bunch of fees for stuff you don't need. I have to pay $9/mo for utilities to be bundled into my online rent payment plus they charge you $30 to set up the Conservice account. In my 20 years of paying rent, I've never gotten services turned off due to non-payment. This is an unnecessary fee/service. It might *maybe* be useful if all my utilities came from somewhere different, but I'm paying $9/mo just to have my gas bill bundled into my rent payment because trash/water/sewer/electric all are paid to Lehi city, and they can't even be bundled so I have to pay them separately anyway! Plus you have to pay $20/mo for "Smart home" stuff which is just a remotely operated door lock and thermostat (which sucks anyway and has less functionality than the Nest I had AND we have a separate thermostat to control upstairs and that one isn't even remotely operated). There's no way to opt out of these unneeded services, which is super uncool, so I will have paid an extra $378 this year for services I don't need. I know I signed the lease so it's whatever, but I thought prospective renters should know about it. Oh yeah and if you have a house with a sprinkler system, YOU have to maintain it, even though the house isn't yours - you'd think they wouldn't want someone who has no idea what they're doing handling something like that, but how else would they get to keep your security deposit when it breaks cuz you didn't winterize it right? It's like they think we don't know what they're up to. Nice enough leasing agents and easy rental process, but they should give you more autonomy. You are paying an absurd amount in rent, after all.

Mike Miller is so amazing! We’ve loved our rental, but with it being an older home, issues arise that need fixed. Every person we’ve talked to has been prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind, especially Mike! We had an emergency with a leak from the rain storms, while my husband was out of town. I called the main line, and Mike was out here within 20 minutes. He calmly and quickly addressed the source of the leak, went and got needed supplies that they normally do not carry with them, and went above and beyond, ensuring we were safe, the leak was fixed, and patiently explaining what he fixed. He was kind to my children and I, when I was scared because I didn’t know what to do to, and he put all my worries at ease. Great experience and I have a newly instilled trust that we are a priority as renter’s with them!! Thanks Mike, you are a true gem!

If I could give 0 stars I would, this company has completely bankrupted us they make the houses look beautiful before move in but once your in then all the problems start to show, spray painted cabinets improper installation of floors, doors and windows, non working smoke detectors the entire 3 years we lived there. Rusted doors on the inside. The backyard had no care we spent tons of money on pet care due to foxtails embedded in her paws that cause serious infection. My kids couldn't play in the yard because it wasn't functional. We are super clean people but for some reason insects and mice kept finding their way in due to holes in the house that were never taken care of prior to move in. Holes in walls that we fixed because no one ever got back to us. Constant heating issues during the winter thenhiuse got down to 40° and we were atuck there for 3 days like that using space heaters in one bedroom for our family and pets because they expected us to pay to be put up in a hotel. The agent assigned to our account david Crenshaw never documented any of our complaints or our notice to move out within the 60day window so now they're trying to charge us over 2k for giving a (50 day notice), phone calls never get returned. All we ever received was automated texts emails that our issues were resolved umm no they weren't. Even techs that did come out admitted they dont give a shot about backyards cause they arent seen. All complaints with in the 30 day window of move in never got taken care of so the cost came out of our pockets. We asked if we could put grass seed down in the backyard to make it functional response was as long as we return it to the same condition it was at move in... 🤯🤦♀️ also for anyone looking at 3174 S Hunter farm way be aware the neighbors with all the kids throw trash in the yard, ruined the fence in the backyard due to dog feces in their yard uncared for. They also constantly came in our yard using our things without permission. (Probably reason for pests) in a nutshell progress residential is not a company you want to rent from they only care about money. Not their tenants.

Mike Was very helpful getting our bathtub faucet fixed. Turn around time was very quick and he arrived with everything he needed. We have a newborn and he went the extra distance to be quiet to not disturb the baby or our morning routine
