  Me and my husband keep trying to contact them so many times to ask about the application process but as much as we try to they don’t answer. We have been trying to rent this property that’s been on zillow for over a month and never get a hold of them

  I would not rent from PMI the office people don't know what they are doing and they don't respond to calls or emails and the landlord is a really rude person. He lives by you and you wonder if he is your neighbor or landlord and the same thing with his daughter if she is your neighbor or office person. The landlord will come into your apartment with you without notice. Very unprofessional office people and landlord. If I didn't have to give them a star I wouldn't even give them one. And sometimes they will lose your rent very poorly managed

  Gabe and his team are some of the best in the business! They are always willing to go the extra mile for each of their clients. They return calls and emails which is added icing on the cake! I would highly recommend you give PMI a try when looking for a Property Management Company!
