Sunny was absolutely wonderful when I came in looking for an apartment. She was busy but graciously put everything down to take me on a tour. I highly recommend this complex because of the management and employees who truly care. The appliances are newer. Washer and dryer new. Countertops are new in some units and the apartments are spacious with large windows to see beautiful nature. Beautiful area. Thank you for helping me when I dropped in without an appointment!

If you haven’t taken a tour, you should. You won’t find a better team in Ogden I can promise you that!

Old apartment complex. Issues with elder bugs and wasps. Tenants don’t pick up after their dogs. Dealing with a horrible smell in hallway. They need more maintenance staff. Building ceilings are falling apart. Elevator is inoperable. Other apartments in area that are newer and better maintained.

moving here was the worst decision I could've made in that moment. the walls are literally paper thin. we constantly heard *everything* our neighbors and roommates did. upstairs, downstairs, side to side, across the hall, we heard everything. the maintenance, were incredibly slow to get things done. other residents we knew didnt have an ac unit the entire summer. they were on the top floor and had an infant. the roads were atrocious with pot holes, dips, and just overall things that shouldnt be in the road. they didn't tell us our actual mailing adress for 6 months. and if you want to leave this hell hole? THREE times the monthly rent. its also just a terrible area if you have dogs, the dog park is really small, any grass area is surrounded by road, and you can't really go on walks there.

Had a tour scheduled today and showed up on time, but no one was there to meet me. I couldn’t get in touch with anyone, and even a maintenance worker on-site wasn’t able to reach the office. We waited and tried calling for 15 minutes with no success. If they can’t manage to show up for a scheduled tour, I can only imagine how unresponsive they might be if you actually lived there. Definitely not worth my time.
