Management was notified, but they only sent a generic mass text that had zero impact. The offensive slur is still active. The management did nothing since then and even refuse to reply to my email. This is a hostile environment. Update, it has been 4 weeks since I emailed them about this issue. Not surprisingly, they did nothing.

Hidden Fees & Deception: They did not disclose the massive amount of extra fees when signing the lease. Worse, they actually charge residents for standard maintenance and repairs! This is unacceptable. Unlivable Trash Schedule: Garbage can only be taken out between 5-6 PM, an impossible rule that causes huge daily stress. Failing Facilities: The elevator broke down three times in one month. Reliability is zero. Health Hazard: The hallways have a strong, persistent smell of formaldehyde.
