  Kandice has helped us sell 3 of our homes (and a rental) and each time she has been professional, knowledge about the home, neighborhoods and builders. She has become family at this point and we cannot see ourselves using anyone else (although we do hope this is our last move)! If you’re looking for someone who REALLY listens to what you want and not solely after a commission, Kandice is your Realtor!

  Kandice was an incredible partner in selling my recently deceased Father's home. She was professional, kind, supportive and really went above and beyond. Kandice walked me thru the process at every step so I felt completely comfortable and well educated to make the best decisions based on her guidance. I will truly miss working with her. During a difficult time she was a huge support that I will always appreciate.

  I called Kandice after seeing her number on an open house sign, and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive. No call, text, or email ever went unanswered. She was always prompt, professional, and happy to accommodate our requests when it came to showing us homes, no matter how last minute. During the option period, we ran into a slight issue with the seller, but Kandice stood by us, advocated for us, and helped resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Her negotiation skills are outstanding. She was able to secure more in repair credits than we initially hoped for. Kandice also handled several misunderstandings with our out-of-state lender, who wasn’t familiar with Texas real estate laws, and she did so with calm and confidence. She also recommended people along the way who never disappointed, from inspection professionals to electricity service providers, and even a home insurance broker who gave me an amazing deal. I personally compared it with at least four other insurance companies, and none of them could match the offer from her recommended broker. On top of all that, Kandice is a genuinely passionate and kind person. I didn’t just gain a great real estate agent. I gained a new friend. I highly recommend working with her.

  We first worked with Kandice 3 years ago when we relocated to Texas, and she was amazing! So when we needed a realtor again recently, she was the only person we wanted to work with. Kandice is great to work with- she is responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, so generous, and much more! She does everything she can to help, and is genuinely interested in her clients and making our dreams come true. We could not have navigated the real estate world without her!
