THE worst apartments. Roach infestations that they can't fix, maintenance doesn't completely fix stuff so things break again. They recycle appliances so if yours goes out just know you'll probably get another broken one. leasing office ALWAYS understaffed they Never answer the phone, they're never at the office and if office is open it's one person with a line of people waiting. Spend a lil more and live better.

Excellent place to live. The facilities are well maintained, the environment is quiet and safe, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. I am very satisfied with my experience living here. Highly recommended! The managers are very attentive and always take care of resolving all my concerns.

I rented apartment G25 for just over a year. When I first moved in, the apartment was heavily infested with small cockroaches. They were coming from holes in the caulking around the kitchen, behind the refrigerator and range, inside the tubing of every window blind mechanism, and from the seams of the carpeting in every room. After submitting a service request, it took about two weeks before the cockroach activity stopped. By that point, I was concerned that they had already spread to my clothing, furniture, and other belongings. The apartment complex is located directly next to a wastewater facility. When the wind blows toward the complex, the entire property smells strongly of sewage. Marijuana smoking is very common throughout the property. On one occasion, I had to walk my three children past an active smoke session in the stairwell. The stairwells themselves are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. Management promised they would be pressure washed, but this never happened. Residents leave trash bags outside their doors nightly for valet pickup; however, there is no trash pickup on Friday or Saturday nights. As a result, garbage sits out for days, attracting large cockroaches that routinely swarmed my patio. There was also an incident where a baby possum became trapped in the garbage can outside my apartment and nearly bit me when I did not notice it while throwing away trash. There are no screens on the patio doors or windows, making it impossible to ventilate the apartment without allowing insects inside. The air conditioning unit located above the bathtub developed a leak from the compressor. Rust-colored water dripped onto my toilet and onto my children while I was trying to bathe them. It took over 10 days for maintenance to fix the issue, despite multiple requests. It was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I submitted my notice to vacate using the email address provided by the leasing office, but management later claimed they never received it. As a result, I was forced to stay two months longer than planned. While this ultimately worked out for me due to the timing of closing on a nearby home, the situation could have been avoided. The office later admitted that an employee failed to forward the email to the appropriate manager. I had several lengthy conversations with office personnel, particularly Marquita, and found her to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the issue directly, she frequently went off topic, speaking about federal matters and personal religious beliefs rather than focusing on resolving the situation. This made communication extremely frustrating. I cannot say with certainty, but I strongly suspect that my children and I became ill after swimming in the pool. Management insisted the pool was properly maintained and stated no other illnesses were reported, so this may be coincidental. Overall, the complex was generally quiet, and if you are not bothered by marijuana smoke from neighboring patios, it may be tolerable for some. However, due to the cockroach infestation, slow maintenance response times, sewage odors from the nearby wastewater facility, inconsistent 60-day notice policy, and poor management communication, I would not recommend this apartment complex to others.
