  Me and my husband are not going to renew our lease next year. Very bad service, they never answer and when I call them and leave a vm they never call me back, very hard to reach them.They rip us off from past months from 4/26-03/26 that we have to pay the water/sewer bills that they need to mail us but the water company or AIM realty never did so we have to owe that to them which is so wrong. How are we supposed to know how much the water/sewer bill is every month if they don't do their part. Do not recommend to anyone😡

  Incompetence and lack of accountability, so sad. They have a new system but it’s a disaster as they’re not able to keep up. Horrible. They need a makeover big time and better leadership with critical thinking and common sense. And no need to apologize for the experience AIM realty… just do the right thing and do your job right. Actions speak louder than cheap words.

  I've honestly been trying to get the same two issues looked at for months. However, this company has proven multiple times why it is the worst realtor company I've personally had the displeasure of dealing with when it comes to renting. Getting in contact with anyone at the office is majority unsuccessful especially for repairs or concerns. Using the new system to schedule repairs is ridiculous because the request will get canceled and no one can inform me as to why. Leaving a voicemail is useless, emails get answered in a couple of days but that's if they answer at all(last 4 out of 6 emails were not) Emailing management yields the same results so that route is useless as well. Ended up having to correct an issue myself because I am convinced that the employees here are either untrained or don't care. Avoid this company if you can and don't recommend them. If I could give zero or negative stars then I would.

  They used to answer all of my concerns but unfortunately since the beginning of 2026 they have become very unresponsive and unprofessional when attempting to handle issues with the home. Canceled repair requests with no communication to explain why and unanswered emails/voicemails have become the norm even though the manager Sandra Silva(name on the email) is included. The company has become an extreme disappointment. Edit: April 30th Tried contacting the office numerous times after the typical business reply to my review. I've left voicemails and emails from both emails they have on file. Still no response. Don't trust this company to do right by you unless it's legal action worthy.

  Rose and her team were amazing to work with! Great communication and worked diligently with myself (tenant's agent) and my client's through the entire process!
