  The Spring at Silverton is a truly wonderful active senior community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. High praises for the friendly staff, clean grounds, and strong sense of community. The activities, amenities, and beautifully maintained property really stand out, making it feel more like a resort than an apartment complex. It’s easy to see why so many residents say they feel comfortable and at home there. I have to mention Latasha Phillips she was so warm and invited and went above and beyond for my needs! Highly recommend this place!

  The facility is marvelous and met our needs. The staff was very helpful especially Latasha Phillips a wonderful person with a big heart on helping and meeting everyone needs. Not planning on moving again. This is our forever home.

  I’m happy to share my experience with the property management team, especially Latasha Phillips. They bring a great balance of professionalism and genuine care to their role. What stands out most is how well they support and accommodate the 60+ community. There’s a noticeable level of patience, respect, and attentiveness in every interaction, making residents feel comfortable and valued. They are responsive, thoughtful, and consistently go the extra mile to meet individual needs. The property is well-maintained and welcoming, but it’s the care shown by Latasha that truly makes a difference. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where residents are treated with dignity and respect.

  Latasha has set the bar high for us. I called to inquire about an apartment for my mom and although unfortunately we do not qualify based on her income, Latasha was professional and sweet. She gave us additional options to find a home for her since she has limited income. Thank you for all the information given. I truly appreciate her time. I completely recommend any one looking for senior community to check them out. Latasha truly is amazing!!!

  Latasha Phillips is super professional and really easy to talk to. She has a great personality very friendly, positive, and just makes people feel comfortable. She’s also really helpful and always willing to step in and get things done or help out when needed. Definitely someone you can count on!
