  Had an amazing tour at Eddyline with Emily. The property is gorgeous, the amenities are beautiful, and the location is unbeatable (super walkable, close to restaurants, salons, and nature paths). I also want to give a huuuge shout out to Emily! She’s truly an expert about the property/neighborhood and she made sure all of our questions were answered. We fell in love with the apartment complex, but unfortunately, it was outside of our current budget and a little too far from work. That being said, Emily *still* went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us by giving recommendations for other amazing Sequoia properties that matched our criteria. It’s really clear that the staff loves working here and the residents love living here. I highly recommend!

  The best part of living at these apartments is the location. Shopping, entertainment and a park are all within walking distance. If you don't drive, a bus transit center is practically across the street. I found the gym to be clean and the equipment serviceable. The espresso machine in the club house was perhaps my favorite amenity. Parking without a pass is a bit troublesome as there are limited visitor spots. If you do have a garage pass be cautious of cars coming and going through the gate. The biggest cons are perhaps a toss up between the frequent fire alarms, the minor flooding, how often the elevators were out of commission or simply the rental price tag. I would be wary of this place if you have mobility issues unless first floor units available. Suffice to say, no apartment is perfect, but I did enjoy my stay at the Eddyline.

  This place always offers the warmest welcome and the clubhouse parties are absolutely out of control (in a good way). And a special shout out to Nick. Without Nick, there is no friendly customer service experience here. He is always on top of his game and has a unique gift for making people feel like family right off the bat. Thank you Nick and Eddyline for being awesome ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  The parking access doors are consistently left unlocked because they don’t close properly, which raises serious safety concerns and exposes residents to unwanted visitors. Additionally, the trash room is unsanitary—liquid from the bins is left on the floor, unwashed, attracting flies for not being properly cleaned.
