  We love Tessera's location! We're walking distance to the train, giving us easy access to the airport. Multiple dining options are also within walking distance in downtown Orenco Station. The one bedroom with den floorplan really fit our needs, allowing our granddaughter to spend overnights with us. The secure parking ramp is particularly appreciated, with a Zip Car available, if the need arises. We have been impressed by how responsive the on-site management has been to our needs, going so far as to put items delivered to our door into our apartment when requested to do so. The overall facility is well-maintained. The food trucks that appear regularly on site are a particularly appreciated perk. We don't have a pet, but we can vicariously love all the pet traffic while sitting on our patio. Great place to live!

  Great on-site management and very well kept common areas! The building is secure and has good amenities for residents, creating a safe/calm environment. The leasing office is always so helpful and friendly; highly recommend!

  Lived here for just under 18 month and had great experience with local management, maintenance, and the office team. Rare to find in an apartment complex! Only left to buy a house and the front office was transparent about our options for breaking the lease early and worked with us throughout.

  Living in Tessera at Orenco Station is the first time in over 45 years we have lived in an apartment. We are very impressed with the staff, the prompt repairs (all minor) when needed, and their dedicated service during a real crisis when there was trouble with the water main. We also appreciate how well the buildings are maintained. Living here has been very convenient and a good choice all around.
