  Centro is a great place to live. Been here over a year and I am impressed with the leasing office staff. They are very friendly and always try to accommodate requests. Maintenance is also great. Very timely on coming and fixing whatever needs repairing. Seems they take pride in keeping the grounds nice and clean, and well maintained. The pool opens earlier than other apartments. I honestly can't say enough good things about living here. They are quick to make changes if something isn't working.

  Sam Alison did a great job at repairing the dryer. He was very kind and offered to help make it easier to access the dryer. He explained that the heating element had gone out and replaced it! Worthy mention was very respectful and removed his shoes without being asked!! I

  We had a wonderful experience touring Centro Apartment Homes with Xong! She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for, remembered details from our conversations, and consistently followed up with us in a thoughtful and non-pushy way, which we truly appreciated. Although we ultimately decided to go with another community that fit our needs better, Xong made such a positive impression on us and was a huge reason Centro stayed at the top of our list for so long. She made the apartment search process feel much less stressful and was always happy to answer our questions. Thank you again, Xong, for all your help and kindness throughout our search!

  Had to fill out an application 3 times because their website and application system is broken, the people at the actual office are really hard to get a hold of, and seemingly uninterested in getting tenants. Also, the prices change on the website daily. With my partner and I being extremely tech savvy and after going around in circles for days the office manager called us and was extremely rude and kept blaming us for broken links and issues with their system. We added his mother as a cosigner and with her 800+ credit score, over 5 times the rent in income, and an excellent rental history we were denied after taking our application fee, of course. I'm suspicious it was all because of the trouble with their terrible application process. I've rented for many years and have never encountered the circus they put us through over the last few days. I wondered why with such good looking apartments they had so many available. Don't waste your time or money.
