  Maintenance is absolutely horrible. The mini golf green has been torn up and sprawled across the property for WEEKS. It makes this complex look so incredibly trashy. I’ve taken multiple pictures of the messed up golf green, but Google will only let me add so many pictures. On top of that, the elevator in Building 1 has been out of service for MONTHS. Why are we paying so much in rent for a complex that cannot do the bare minimum in management or maintenance? And they had the nerve to send out an email with “winter weather tips” instead of actually doing their job and salting the parking lot ahead of time to prevent ice. Like we don’t know how to wear proper winter attire in the winter?? I was going to give it two stars, but changed it to one once I realized they’re not even reading these reviews, they have a generated scripted response they use for everyone. I added a picture showing where someone in management messed up their response and didn’t take out the [insert here] formatting of the reply. At this point, I’m going to go out to the green myself and rip up the rest and dispose of it because it’s an absolute eyesore, and the management probably wouldn’t even notice. Will update tomorrow as to whether or not they’ve taken care of it along with a video of me doing it myself if they haven’t.

  Don’t move here, incompetent office staff, delays in or don’t wanna fix Nathan, mold in bathroom/ kitchen cabinets with units, its not clean, and the hallways are musty.These are the Oakwood projects.

  I would rate this apartment complex a zero if that were an option. The quality of the building and the apartments themselves is disappointing. Maintenance and upkeep are clearly neglected, which is evident throughout the premises. There is a constant disturbance from children running through the halls late at night. Communication with management is frustrating, as they are unresponsive to emails. Additionally, there is a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways, and I've also experienced issues with package theft. I strongly recommend seeking alternative apartment options in the area, as there are numerous other apartments available at comparable or lower prices and MUCH nicer.
