  Yvette has been nothing short of amazing, she answered all my questions, no matter how silly they seemed. Would definitely recommend Marins's Edge, to anyone looking for a new place to reside.

  I have been to a lot of places for apartments this is the best place in Reno-Sparks, the apartments are very wide and well positioned for everyone room, kitchen, bathroom, dining, washer and dryer. The person who helps me, Yvette, is the most nicer person who knows well that she is doing. Please stop by if you’re interested in apartment.

  Robert has left the property as the manager of this complex. Yvette is the leasing agent and has excellent customer skills, is extremely friendly and courteous and makes everybody's experience a pleasure when dealing with her. She always greets everybody with a "Hello, how are you today" and a smile on her face that makes future tenants want to rent from The Marina Edge and current residents want to continue living here!
